Signing In & Accessing Properties

Learn how to sign in to your AJJCS client dashboard and how access to properties is granted.

Overview

Our client dashboard uses a simple, email-based sign-in process. You no longer need an activation code. Instead, access is tied to your email address: once your email has been granted permission for a property, that property appears in your dashboard the next time you sign in.

This tutorial walks through how to sign in and, if a property is not yet available to you, how to request access to it.

Good to know: A single sign-in gives you access to every property your email has been added to. You do not need a separate account for each property.

Signing In

1

Open the Clients Page

Visit the Clients page on our website and choose "Sign In to the Client Dashboard".

2

Enter Your Email Address

Enter the email address that has been granted access, along with your password, then click Sign In. If you don't remember your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page to reset it.

3

Select a Property

After signing in, the dashboard lists every property your email is authorized to view. Select a property to work with its files, responses, and other details.

You're all set. When new properties are added to your email, they appear here automatically — no extra setup required.

Requesting Access to a Property

If a property you need is not listed on your dashboard, your email has not yet been added to it. There are two ways to request access.

Option 1: Ask a Property Manager

The fastest way to gain access is through someone who is already a Manager for that property. Managers can add or remove users on their own properties directly.

Reach out to a current Manager and let them know which email address you would like added. They will take care of the rest, and access is usually available immediately.

Option 2: Request Access from AJJCS

If you do not know a Manager for the property, or if no Manager has been assigned yet, you can request access directly from A. J. Johnson Consulting Services through a support ticket.

Choose Property Access Request as the ticket category. Our team will verify your relationship to the property and grant access once approved.

Use a consistent email address. Access is tied to the exact email you provide. If you sign in with a different address later, you will not see the property — make sure to request access using the email you plan to sign in with.

After Access Is Granted

What happens next depends on whether you already have an account with us.

New to AJJCS

If this is the first time your email has been added to a property, an account is automatically created for you. You will receive an email containing your sign-in details and a link to the Clients page. Follow the instructions in that email to sign in for the first time.

Existing Account

If you already have an account, there is nothing new to set up. The next time you sign in with your existing email and password, the newly added property will appear alongside any others you already have access to.

What's Next?

Once you're signed in and can see the property you need, you can:

  • Upload files for review
  • Track the status of your submissions
  • Add notes to your files
  • Update your password at any time

Frequently Asked Questions

I signed in but a property I expected is missing

Confirm you are signing in with the exact email address that was granted access. If the property still does not appear, contact a Manager for that property, or submit a Property Access Request ticket and we will verify the permissions.

I never received a welcome email

Check your spam or junk folder first — the welcome message sometimes lands there. If you still cannot find it after a few minutes, open a support ticket and we will resend it.

Can I use more than one email address?

Each email address is its own account. We recommend choosing a single email to use for all of your properties. If you need to change which email is associated with a property, a Manager can add the new one and remove the old one — or you can submit a support ticket for help.

How long do access requests take?

Requests sent to a property Manager are typically handled the same day. Requests submitted to AJJCS through a support ticket are reviewed during normal business hours and usually completed within one business day, though some requests may take longer if we need to verify additional details with the property's Managers.
