Learn how to update your client dashboard password for enhanced security.
About Your Dashboard Password
When your property is created in our system, a secure, randomly generated password is provided to you. You may wish to change the password for a variety of reasons, and you can do so by following these steps.
Default Password: If you'd like to change the default password provided by us, follow the steps in this tutorial.
Password Requirements
Before changing your password, make sure your new password meets our security requirements:
At least 8 characters long (12+ recommended)
Include both uppercase and lowercase letters
Include at least one number (0-9)
Include symbols like !@#$%^&*
Avoid Common Passwords: Don't use easily guessed passwords like "password123", personal information, or common dictionary words.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Find the Account Button
When you are logged into the Client Dashboard, you'll notice an account button in the top right corner of the screen.

Access Your Profile
Clicking the account button provides a menu with the option to go to your Profile or Logout. Changes to your password can be made by clicking the Profile option.
Navigate to Password Settings
On the Profile page, click the Password option.

Update Your Password
To change your password, simply enter your new password, then confirm the new password, and click Update Password.
PLEASE NOTE: You should not find yourself logged out immediately after updating your password, if this occurs, please use your old password to sign in, then go through the password change process again.
After Changing Your Password
Store Your Password Safely
Write down your new password and store it in a secure location, or use a password manager to save it safely.
Update Saved Passwords
If your browser or password manager had your old password saved, update it with the new one to avoid login issues.
Test Your New Password
Log out and log back in with your new password to ensure it's working correctly.

Troubleshooting
I forgot my current password
If you can't remember your current password, you'll need to use the password reset feature on the login page, or contact our support team for assistance with account recovery.
My new password isn't being accepted
Make sure your new password meets all the requirements (length, complexity, etc.). Also check that you're not reusing a recent password, as many systems prevent password reuse.
I can't find the password change option
Look for account settings, profile settings, or security options in the main menu. If you still can't find it, contact our support team who can guide you to the correct location.
I'm getting an error when trying to change my password
Try refreshing the page and attempting the change again. If the error persists, note the exact error message and contact our support team for assistance.
