Getting Started

What to Send for Review

Learn what files and information to include when submitting items for review to ensure the best possible results.

Overview

The quality and completeness of your submission directly impacts the value you'll receive from our review. This guide helps you understand what to include to get the most comprehensive and useful feedback from our team.

Goal: Provide our review team with everything they need to understand your project, requirements, and deliver actionable recommendations.

Required Documents for Review

To allow us to complete a review, please be sure to include the following documents when submitted files:

Essential Documentation

  • Lease (if available)
  • Tenant Income Certifications (may be trial TICs)
  • All verifications & other forms of support documentation (student status affidavits, employment verifications, clarification records, etc.)
  • Household's application for tenancy

Flexible Requirements: This is not a rigid list of documents. Additional documentation you feel may be useful in reviewing the files may be submitted, and a lack of documentation may not mean a review can't be completed.

Remember: The goal is to provide our team with everything they need to understand your project and deliver valuable recommendations. When in doubt, include more context rather than less, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions about what to submit.
