Recently, A. J. Johnson Consulting Services, Inc. updated the user credential system. This made activation codes issued prior to the update inactive. Since activation codes could be used previously to recover passwords, if you have forgotten your password after the update, you will be issued a new activation code, which will provide new credentials.
