On June 17, 2020, HUD published the Income Limits for 2020 for a number of programs, including:
- Community Development Block Grant (CDBG);
- HOME Program;
- Housing Opportunities for Persons with Aids (HOPWA);
- Housing Trust Fund (HTF); and
- Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP).
HUD has also published the 2020 rent limits for the HOME and HTF programs.
These updated limits will be effective on July 1, 2020 and can be accessed on the following websites:
