To allow us to complete a review, please be sure to include the following documents when submitted files:

• Lease (if available)
• Tenant Income Certifications (may be trial TICs)
• All verifications & other forms of support documentation (student status affidavits, employment verifications, clarification records, etc.)
• Household's application for tenancy

This is not a rigid list of documents. Additional documentation you feel may be useful in reviewing the files may be submitted, and a lack of documentation may not mean a review can’t be completed.
