    A. J. Johnson Consulting Services, Inc. offers a comprehensive package of services for clients in the multifamily housing industry, ranging from a variety of training offerings to a complete set of asset management services.

    As a small company, we pride ourselves on the individual attention we give to each client.  While this limits the number of clients we can serve, it enables us to provide a level of services to our clientele that is unmatched in the industry.

    Unlike many similar firms, we tailor our services to the specific needs of the client; there is no such thing as “one size fits all” in the manner in which we approach client needs.  This is the case whether we are reviewing properties at the property location, performing desk reviews of tenant files or designing training; each client is treated individually.
